  They act like you're a burden. Every time I visit they're overwhelming busy. I don't want to be there. I don't want to spend money. I have a busy schedule too. I just didn't feel welcome and appreciated for giving my business to them. They took care of my dog, but fail to provide good customer service. Long story short, I'm moving my business elsewhere.
  
  I don't recommend this place. I haven't had a good experience.

  I made an appointment on April 5th because my 6 month old labradoodle had a cough. Her regular doctor was Dr. Gervais and she actually had a routine check up scheduled for 5 days later with her. I arrived and was informed that Dr. Gervais had left and the vet tech (who I had never seen before) did not know why. No one informed me that my vet left and I'm not sure that they would have. The room we were taken in to was not cleaned! Hello! My dog has a cough and this room is covered in some other dog's fur and germs. Dr. Bradler came in and immediately checked ears... about which she said oh they're pretty hairy and there's some wax buildup in them. I informed her that my puppy had just been to the groomer at her office, Katherine, about 2 weeks prior. Her reply to this was that Katherine had done a good job. I was also told I need to put saline solution in my dog's eyes because of the gook- she had just woken up. I don't put saline solution in my eyes when I wake up, I just get the gook off... same as I do with my dog. Let's see... ah yes, the kicker--- I was told that my dog didn't have kennel cough because she had been vaccinated and her cough was most likely due to her licking a rash around her privates area. She did have some bites that she possibly could have gotten from the yard or Pup's Play and Stay but she did not have them for very long and most of the "rash" Dr. Bradler pointed out were in fact freckles she had from the time we got her at 6 weeks and Dr. Gervais never seemed to give them any notice. My pup's bites/rash is completely gone now (lasted about as long as mosquito bites) but she still has her cough and I'm 99% sure it's kennel cough so I am keeping her out of the general public even though according to Dr. Bradler, it's not because she's vaccinated. Hmmm. I've had the flu vaccine and gotten the flu before. Any way, I am taking my business elsewhere because Dr. Bradler makes me feel like an idiot but in my mind, she is the one lacking common sense and courtesy. By the way, I asked her about Dr. Gervais being gone and she said something about how she is having personal issues and her husband didn't want to be married to her anymore. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT?!?
