  Insurance and Billing procedures need lots of work. They don't know what to charge you when you're there, say the person who handles this will eventually get with you. You may get a statement after several months or like me, when you're trying to schedule the next appt for your son, they tell you they can't because you're fixing to be turned over to collections. To clarify, I was being turned over to collections without receiving a statement. Amy and Renee may be ok at what they do, but I would not recommend going here. Wilmington has far better options.

  Amy is great! She has been great to work with and has been very helpful with our entire family! She works closely with kids and we could not ask for a better counselor!!
