  This builder is by far the worst builders you could imagine buying from. That one year warranty that they give you, it just goes right out the door they do not live up to it. I have had issues with my floors since day 1 and going into my year the issue still has not been fixed. Floors are messed up with darker spots everywhere and nails sticking out. They will not take the time to even listen to the issues you are having, they just blow you off as soon as you start talking and tell you they are not going to do anything for you. The owner of this company is completely unprofessional. If I would had known this before buying this house i would of put my money to a company that is professional at the work.
